Kouzes and Posner in The Leadership Challenge show that being a good person gets the greatest effort out of the people around you, but just being a nice person can mean you avoid the really tough decisions of Leadership.

    Hi Conor! Spectacular house and views from the drone!
    Relating today’s topic… When you say “Being a good person is not enough for being a good leader” Are you assuming good persons don’t know how to take tough decisions? A good leader must be a good person, and a good person always wants to take the best decision even when there is not a perfect option and all of them could have bad effects. Sometimes it is necessary that someone dies for the benefit of many… does it sound familiar? I believe He had to take the toughest leadership decision ever taken!
