I have a lot of thoughts and ideas in my head but they don’t really have a clear connection. For example, I have a lot of ideas on what I think makes a great manager, but they are more like bullet points. How do I take those thoughts and turn them into a great speech or something that I can share with others and do it in a way that is meaningful? Any advice on this would be great.
