| ... I teach leaders and I believe that they can be trusted, and they are fully responsible for their actions and the consequences of their actions. Many adult humans are so addicted to our mobile phones that they present a special case. Even mature, conscientious adults can be unaware of quite how often they check their mobile and of the negative impact that this habit is having on those around them. Usually the tough cases say "I am taking notes on my device, I use evernote"... I am not the police, I am a teacher... so I am not going to enforce absolute r ... | |||||

| I am an early retiree at 60. I have so many ideas and interests - I would love to write, and I have far too many starts so I end up scattering all my time around. I also have a choice on what to do for work, or whether to pursue some formal education in an area, or whether to give away all my belongings to go volunteer somewhere in Africa 🙂 It does not help that I am single and have no one close enough to give me much input. What is your idea of some good strategies to hone down all my ideas and interests into one or two that I can actually manage and pursue well? | |||||

| Confucius said "The man that chases two rabbits catches none." Stephen King said "I WAs born lucky. I am only good at one single thing. Imagine the pain and the suffering of those who are good at two things... and those who are good at most things!" I have lots of curiosity. I remember years ago WAtching an interview of Bill Gates and WArren Buffett and they were asked ... | |||||

Do not do it with the intent to make money, to sell… Be yourself and have an opinion; don’t be brochureware; blog as yourself, not your position or role: CEO, entrepreneur or professor. Share what you are learning, not what you are an expert in (if you are an expert, share the expertise where it will get you more credibility - Forbes, HBS, IESE, etc) Get a notebook and add video ideas everyday… every story, every question, every quote that strikes you as interesting should go into this notebook. ... | |||||
