The game seems to be rather simple on the surface. Three-by-three grids are used by two opponents, one of whom uses the letter O and the other who uses the letter O, to play tic tac toe mark their symbols against one another. When a person gets all three of his or her symbols in a row, whether it be diagonally across the board, horizontally across the board, or vertically across the board, that player wins the game.
