Learning Patience – Becoming Mindful of My Daily Activities

I share a tool that I have used to become mindful of my daily activities.

This video is from the IESE EMBA Intensive week and I share an exercise that I have been doing for the last few months – that has shown me that “feeling in a rush” is one of the big detractors of my quality of life.

  1. Conor, Thanks for this video. I really appreciate your honesty. And when you said, “The quality of your life is the quality of today.” I recently had to let a client go due to caustic nature of the relationship. Every time I saw the caller ID and new it was this person, I would cringe. Your video reinforced my decision. Thanks.

    1. Yep, life is too short to spend time with people who treat us poorly or suck our energy
